When choosing Santos Paint and Body to repair your vehicle, we offer you a Limited Lifetime Guarantee for the repair. 

What does it cover?

• Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers, and is limited to the repair we completed. At no cost to you, we will arrange for the correction of any repair that fails to meet generally accepted industry standards for form, fit, finish, durability, and functionality as commonly recognized in the United States auto body industry at the time of covered repair. 

What does it not cover?

• Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, or subsequent accident.
• Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee will be null and void if anyone other than Santos Paint and Body attempts to repair the area covered under this guarantee. 

How long is this guarantee good for?

• Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee is valid for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. The Guarantee is not transferable and terminates if you sell, gift or otherwise transfer your vehicle. 

How do I get service under this guarantee?

• To get service under this guarantee you must notify Santos Paint and Body of any problems related to a Covered Repair by calling us at (254) 756-1194 or stopping by our shop during normal business hours at 1725 Webster Ave in Waco, Texas.

THIS GUARANTEE IS SANTOS PAINT AND BODY'S EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO THE REPAIR, AND IS LIMITED TO THE CORRECTION OF ANY COVERED REPAIR THAT FAILS TO MEET INDUSTRY STANDARDS.

ACCORDINGLY, SANTOS PAINT AND BODY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM A COVERED REPAIR.
